Highland Farms Sac City, IA
Highland Farms is a family owned and operated grain farm located just outside of Sac City, Iowa. We got our start in 1906 by Clyde Highland with 40 acres of oats, alfalfa, and corn.

Today, we still own the original 40 acres, but farm a little differently than back then. Highland Farms is one of the larger farms in the area with 12,840 acres in three counties-Sac, Calhoun, and Buena Vista. Our crops include corn, popcorn, and soybeans. We plant all our crops on a 2-year rotation.

For '09, there will be 6,420 acres of soybeans, 4,780 acres of corn, and 1,640 acres of popcorn in production.
